An 18-unit apartment complex in Encinitas sold for $3.2 million, brokers associated with the sale said Jan. 26. The seller of Encinitas 18 Apartments on Third Street near West I Street was Encinitas 18 Apartments LLC. The buyer was Jeffrey Milman. The property was purchased for all cash.
Chris Zorbas, with Marcus & Millichap, represented the seller. The buyer was also represented by Zorbas and Jeff Gabele of Marcus & Millichap.
