The median price for all homes in North County , single-family detached and single-family attached , was $557,500 in September, compared with $555,000 in August.
According to the North San Diego County Association of Realtors’ monthly HomeDex report:
– The median price for single-family detached homes in the area fell to $620,000 in September, from $628,750 in August, while elsewhere in the county, SFD median prices fell 1 percent to $530,500 in September, compared with August.
– North County reported the highest median SFD price in Rancho Santa Fe, $4.1 million, and the lowest price of $452,450 in Vista.
– Median prices for single-family attached homes in the area rose from $387,500 in August to $395,000 in September, while elsewhere in the county, the median price was $360,000 in September, down from $362,750 in August.
– North County reported the highest SFA median prices of $700,000 in Solana Beach, and the lowest median price of $263,000 in Escondido.
