United Way of San Diego County should have been ranked No. 7 on the list of Nonprofit Agencies in the Dec. 3 issue. United Way had total revenue for fiscal year 2006 of $25 million. Fund raising comprised 91 percent of the revenue, while investments and program services fees accounted for 2 percent each of the revenue for the year. Other sources of revenue totaled 5 percent. The agency spent 82 percent of its revenue on services to clients, 9 percent on management and general expenses, and 9 percent on fund raising. The Business Journal regrets the errors.
