PinnacleOne/Barnhart, Inc. has completed the replacement campus for Midland Elementary School for the Poway Unified School District’s Building for Success program.

PinnacleOne/Barnhart, Inc., a California corporation owned by PinnacleOne and Douglas E. Barnhart, Inc., is overseeing the execution of a $251 million program to repair, renovate and expand 24 of the district’s schools. Some $198 million of funding for the projects is made possible by the November passage of Proposition U by Poway Unified School District voters.

Graham Downes Architecture has completed design of a new 450-square-foot building for D*Lush, a Hollywood-based beverage business.

McCarthy Building Cos., Inc. has been awarded a contract by the San Diego Unified School District to provide construction management services for the 56,800-square-foot Laura G. Rodriguez Elementary School in Barrio Logan.
