Johnson & Jennings General Contracting in San Diego has the third phase of tenant improvements under way for the offices of Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP on West Broadway.

Jaynes Corp. in San Diego has been awarded the contract for the municipal golf course buildings designed by Douglas Fredrickson Architects for the city of Carlsbad. The new golf course is east of Legoland California and north of Palomar Airport Road, with the course’s entrance at the end of Hidden Valley Road. Completion is slated for January 2007.

Cost: $10.7 million.

Project architect: Mark Tate.

Civil engineer: P and D/CTE Engineers.
