C.E. Wylie Construction and KMA Architecture & Engineering of San Diego have begun work on the first phase of the Joint Strike Facility at the Naval Air Facility in El Centro. The second phase of the project is expected to follow by one year.
The new facility will consist of four aircraft hangars and nine single-story support buildings.
Cost: $45 million.

Sully-Jones Roofing Co. in El Cajon has been retained to re-roof DHL Logistics shipping hub facility on Gateway Center Drive in San Diego.
Cost: $180,000.

Sully-Jones also has completed re-roofing of the Green Mark commercial building in El Cajon.
