San Diego-based Cohu, Inc. announced the retirement of CEO Charles A. Schwan. Schwan, 61, has worked for Cohu for 29 years in various management positions. He will continue as chairman of Cohu’s board of directors after his retirement June 30.
James A. Donahue, 51, Cohu’s president and chief operating officer, will assume the position of president and CEO upon Schwan’s retirement. He has worked at Cohu since 1978.
Cohu is a supplier of test handling equipment used by semiconductor manufacturers in final test operations.
