Shue Wing Chan has been named president and chief executive of Chicken of the Sea International, a San Diego-based seafood packager, the company said Nov. 6.
Chan was formerly executive director and chief financial officer of Thai Union Frozen Products PCL, Chicken of the Sea’s parent company.
Chan replaces John Signorino, who resigned Oct. 31, citing intentions to travel and spend time with family.
