The Centre City Development Corp. said Feb. 19 that it laid off Barbara Kaiser, vice president of real estate operations, and Phil Bona, assistant vice president for architecture and planning. Acting CEO Fred Maas said he took the actions Feb. 18 as an expense-cutting move. The CCDC is the city agency that oversees downtown redevelopment projects.
