The San Diego office of Barnhart said Oct. 29 that it won a $23 million design-build contract to develop a bachelor enlisted quarters, including 100 rooms specifically modified for wounded servicemen and women at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.
The project includes recreational and administrative areas.
The bachelor enlisted quarters are scheduled for completion in July 2010.
Barnhart’s design partner is San Diego-based Cass, Sowatsky, Chapman & Associates.
Also Oct. 29, Barnhart said it won a $54.1 million design-build contract for a weapons and armament technology center at Naval Air Weapons Station, China Lake.
