The career fair is open to all nursing and non-medical applicants interested in exploring career opportunities in healthcare at Palomar Health. Attendees can expect to meet with hiring managers directly, take a tour of the facility and learn about the competitive benefits and compensation packages offered by Palomar Health, including the chance to join and apply to the new RN $100,000 Incentive Program. The program will award up to $100,000 with a 3-year commitment to Palomar Health.
