BP Logix Inc., a developer of business process management software that accelerates time-to-value, announced Feb. 1 a record quarter for the period ending Jan. 31.
Despite a challenging sales environment globally, results for the quarter contributed to a revenue increase of 48 percent from the prior year’s sales for the same period, according to a statement issued by the Vista-based company. A significant factor in this growth is the acceptance of Process Director’s process intelligence and advanced reporting capabilities.
BP Logix Process Director enables business users to define, automate, manage and report on business processes, and moves business process management under the direct control of users themselves. The business processes being automated include engineering and development, human resources, information technology, marketing and finance, the company said.
“More than ever, organizations ranging from mid-market companies to global enterprises are seeking tools that facilitate the collaboration between IT and business units. With the ongoing backlog of IT projects, a BPM solution that requires no coding to implement has greater acceptance by both business units and IT,” Jay O’Brien, CEO of BP Logix, said in a statement.
