Early-stage technology companies looking for investors have until Jan. 9 to apply for CONNECT’s Capital Match program.
CONNECT, a San Diego-based startup accelerator, designed the program to introduce early-stage companies to potential sources of funding.
To apply, companies must fill out the CONNECT CapitalMatch application and, separately, email an executive summary, investor deck and a 90-second video of a company founder or CEO describing what the company does to connectmatch@connect.org.
Companies that apply will be screened by a panel of investors on Jan. 24 for entry into the program. Those considered investment-ready will be accepted into CapitalMatch and introduced to investors.
CapitalMatch companies get targeted introductions to members of the CONNECT investment circle, access to appropriate pitch events and meetings and, potentially, the chance to pitch at a CONNECT board meeting.
