Connect All at the Jacobs Center, a San Diego-based business accelerator will select three winners for its second annual startup competition.
This year’s startup graduates range from commercial cleaning to cocktail kits to information technology support.
Going virtual, entrepreneurs have taped five-minute pitches and will be voted by a distinguished panel of judges for a chance to receive a business grant from Union Bank. In total, the first prize will receive $7,500, second prize is $5,000 and the third prize is $2,500.
In addition to the Union Bank cash grants awarded by the judges, cohort members will have a chance to compete for the Audience Choice Award.
From June 28 through July 2, the public can vote by “liking” their favorite videos on its YouTube channel here. The winner will receive the distinction of Audience Choice Award and a prize basket, including an iPad.
Founded in 2018, Connect All at the Jacobs Center is a public-private partnership between the City of San Diego, Jacobs Center for Neighborhood Innovation and Connect with San Diego Venture Group.
