Enterprise Bank & Trust, the banking subsidiary of Enterprise Financial Services Corp (NASDAQ: EFSC), has a new regional leader.
Enterprise announced Oct. 11 the hire of Ashley Hayslip to the position of San Diego Market President.
In this executive role, Hayslip will drive Enterprise’s growth in San Diego and the surrounding region. She will evaluate business prospects, develop and execute growth strategies and actively pursue Enterprise’s community-focused objectives.
Hayslip has more than 15 years in the financial services sector. She recently served in executive roles at Umpqua Bank, serving as executive vice president of community and business banking, and at First Interstate Bank as Chief Banking Officer.
