Business Office Outfitters (BOO Furniture), a 66-year-old office furniture company from San Diego, has acquired Arenson Office Furniture, a 50-year-old office furniture company, also from San Diego. The acquisition was finalized on August 19, 2024. The large showroom for both companies is located at 8807 Clairemont Mesa Blvd., San Diego, CA 92123, and the warehouse is at 7603 St. Andrews Ave., Ste. G, San Diego, CA 92154.
This is a historic moment for both companies, bringing a combined 116 years of service to the San Diego business community. Jerry and Kelly Sinclair, owners of Business Office Outfitters, are thrilled to merge with such a long-standing and admired company as Arenson Office Furniture. Perry Arenson, the previous owner of Arenson Office Furniture, will be retiring from his long-held family business, but the entire Arenson staff has transitioned to Business Office Outfitters.
