San Diego-based Suja Juice has donated over 7,500 bottles of juice to Feeding San Diego to help with the fight against hunger during COVID-19.

According to the company, it was challenged to donate through the Switchfoot Bro-AM foundation, which is dedicated to giving back to the San Diego community, through its #HomeFoodChallenge Instagram campaign.

“Our long-time friends who make up the band Switchfoot have supported this incredible cause for such a long time,” read a Suja post. “They recently launched the #HomeFoodChallenge after having to cancel their annual Switchfoot Bro-AM event this year due to the pandemic to make sure we keep the support going strong despite quarantine.”

Every cash donation to Feeding San Diego will be matched up to one million dollars, said the post, thanks to Gwendolyn M. Sontheim and the Aqualia International Foundation LTD.
