A downtown Oceanside shopping center has been sold for an undisclosed price.
Mission Square Shopping Center was sold by Ona Mission Partners, LP to Monro Mission Square, LLC.
Both parties were represented by Pacific Development Capital and Bill Barnett and Doug Hogan of Colliers International. Colliers International also handling leasing.
The 161,373 square-foot shopping center at 1002-1064 Mission Ave. and 306-326 N. Home St. was 98 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
Tenants include Walmart Neighborhood Market, 99 cents Only, Auto Zone, Chase Bank and Harbor Freight Tools.
“Mission Square represents an exciting opportunity for the new ownership,” said Barnett, senior vice president at Colliers International.
“Strategically located at the entrance to downtown Oceanside, the retail center will continue to be a strong investment for the new ownership,” Barnett said.
