Neither the seller nor the buyer of the property at 941-947 Oak Ave. was disclosed.
Built in 1958, the complex has 11 apartments.
There are one three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment of about 1,150 square feet, two two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of about 870 square feet, six one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments of about 500 square feet and two studio apartments of about 450 square feet.
Gregory Colligan, a senior associate at Marcus & Millichap represented the seller.
James Carter, senior managing partner of Apartment Realty Group, represented the buyer.
Brian Barnard of Chase Bank provided financing.
