A Carlsbad retail building has been sold for $3.7 million.
The 6,700 square-foot building at 457 Carlsbad Village Drive was sold by Ryburn Building, LLC to Equity Three Properties, LLC.
Amy McNamara and Joe Brady of Colliers International San Diego Region represented both parties.
“We are actively focused on expanding our real estate portfolio in the coastal North County neighborhoods,” said Gregg Seaman, manager of Equity Three Properties. “Carlsbad Village Drive strategically grows our portfolio and is synergistic with our Lofts at Moonlight Beach property in Encinitas.”
At the time of the sale, building tenants included Blues & Shoes, The Style Lounge, Popular Nails, Ragz Revolution and Pacific Coast Printing.
“This sale was a rare opportunity to acquire a prime retail building in the heart of Carlsbad Village that has been under private family ownership for decades,” McNamara said. “Viewpoint Equities will be able to capitalize on the strong growth of the Carlsbad Village with the potential to redevelop the site in the future.”
