A Mission Valley retail building that once was a dance club has been sold for $3.7 million.
Built on a 1.15-acre site, the 11,821 square-foot building at 5373 Mission Center Road is the former home of InCahoots Dance Hall & Saloon.
The Texas-based 5373 Mission Holdings, LLC sold the property to an undisclosed buyer.
Bill Shrader of the Urban Property Team at Colliers International San Diego Region represented the seller.
Tom Boyle of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.
“After more than a 30-year run as InCahoots and Confetti’s, the ownership made the decision to retire from the nightclub business,” said Shrader, senior vice president at Colliers International.
“With the property’s ideal location in Mission Valley, the new ownership has early plans to convert the building to retail use.”
