The complex at 4440 32nd St. has eight apartments, with an average size of 645 square feet, according to CoStar, a real estate listing service.
They include two two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartments; four one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, and two studio apartments.
Built in 1971, the complex is on an 11,197 square-foot lot.
The seller was Normal Heights Place LLC.
The buyer was Ready Real Properties LLC.
