A former Toys “R” Us building in National City has been leased for an undisclosed amount of money.
The story at 1130 E 30th St. was leased for a 10-year term by PNN Holdings, LP of San Diego to Burlington, formerly Burlington Coat Factory. The company changed its name in 2017 to show that it sells more than coats.
Don Moser of Retail Insite and John Jennings of Newmark Knight Frank represented the building owner, PNN Holdings.
Moser and Jeff Drew of Retail Insite represented Burlington, headquartered in New Jersey.
