The San Diego offices of HREC Investment Advisors helped broker the sale of two hotels at the Albuquerque, NM, airport.

Waramaug Hospitality and an institutional investor acquired the 107-room Hilton Garden Inn Albuquerque Airport and the 93-room Homewood Suites Albuquerque Airport from Legacy Hospitality, Inc. for an undisclosed price.

The sale was negotiated by Bill Murney, managing director in HREC’s Phoenix office; Mike Armstrong, managing director in the firm’s San Diego office, and Ernie Romero, an affiliate broker in New Mexico.

“The Hilton portfolio received significant investor interest due to the premium brands, prominent locations, strong operational performance, and the quality of the physical facilities,” Armstrong said.
