A University Heights apartment building has been sold for about $3.1 million.
The 6,672 square-foot building at 4647 Alabama St. has eight apartments averaging 741 square feet each.
The seller was Vaerus Alabama, LLC.
The buyer was Spinach 1031, LLC.
Corey McHenry and Peter Scepanovic of Colliers International San Diego Region represented Vaerus.
Jeff Castellaw of San Diego Apartment Brokers represented Spinach 1031.
