Cubic Corp. has named Grace Lee to the post of chief human resources and diversity officer.

The corporation made the announcement on Oct. 25. Lee will take the job Oct. 29.

Lee was previously senior vice president of global human resources for Charles River Laboratories. She has held top human resources jobs at Beckman Coulter, TTM Technologies and IMI Severe Service.

“Grace’s extensive experience leading organizational transformation is instrumental as we continue to strengthen our company culture,” Cubic CEO Brad Feldmann said in a statement.

Lee graduated from the University of the Philippines with a bachelor’s degree in communications. She received a master of science degree in global leadership from the University of San Diego.

Cubic (NYSE: CUB) has a defense contracting business and provides technology for transportation agencies.
