Qualcomm Inc. plans to invest $400 million to build its second-largest campus outside of its San Diego headquarters. The semiconductor and telecommunications company will open a new campus in Hyderabad, India’s major tech hub in the state of Telangana which also hosts the likes of Microsoft, Amazon, Google and Apple.

K.T. Rama Rao, Telangana’s IT minister, announced plans for the new campus on Oct. 6, according to the Times of India. Qualcomm is expected to begin construction on the new building in 2019, which is planned at 1.7 million square feet; large enough to host about 10,000 employees.

Qualcomm already has a significant presence in India, with offices in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai.
