Two San Diego apartment buildings have been sold to a single buyer for a combined price of $3.4 million.
An eight-apartment building at 3727 Bancroft St. and a seven-apartment building at 4674 33rd St. were sold to WSC Investment Partners, LLC.
The sellers were T and D Trust, Mario Balesteri, Josephine Giacalone, Jon Maniscalco, and Michael Maniscalco.
Representing the sellers were Diana Peters, vice president at ACRE Investment Real Estate, and William Anderson, principal at ACRE.
The buyer was represented by Craig Stewart, principal at ACRE.
The 5,378 square-foot Bancroft Street building has two one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments and six two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments. The apartments range in size from 600 square feet to 683 square feet.
The 4,599 square-foot 33rd Street building has six one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments and one two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment ranging in size from 612 square feet to 927 square feet.
