An Otay Mesa business park has been sold for about $3.9 million.
The three-building Sail Otay Business Park at 9765, 9775, and 9785 Marconi Drive has 32,394 square feet of space on a 2.17 acre site.
Built in 1990, the multi-tenant property has one office building and two free-standing industrial buildings. The center is 95 percent occupied.
Mark Lewkowitz and Chris Holder of Colliers International San Diego Region and Kipp Gstettenbauer of Voit Real Estate Services represented the buyer, Kroger Family Properties, and the seller, Sail Otay, LLC.
“There are few multi-tenant industrial investment opportunities in Otay Mesa or even San Diego County as a whole,” said Lewkowitz, first vice president at Colliers International. “Because of the scarcity of available product, our team generated multiple offers from local and regional investors.”
