Brixton Capital based in Solana Beach has signed agreements with Sprouts Farmers Market and Del Taco for the lease of space in a Las Vegas shopping center owned by Brixton.

Details were not disclosed for the leases in the Rainbow Plaza center at 861 South Rainbow Boulevard.

Sprouts Farmers Market will lease about 30,000 square feet of space in the 358,632-square-foot shopping center, taking up part of what had been a JCPenney’s store.

Del Taco has started construction of a 2,400 square-foot drive-through restaurant in the center at South Rainbow Boulevard and Alta Drive.

The corner had been the site of a jewelry store, which had been vacant for nearly 10 years.

“We are pleased to bring two great brands to Rainbow Plaza,” said Eric Li, vice president at Brixton Capital. “Both Sprouts and Del Taco are great options for shopping and dining, making Rainbow Plaza an even more desirable retail center within the Charleston/Rainbow corridor of the city of Las Vegas.”
