San Diego-based Westcore Properties has purchased a combination warehouse and delivery building in Rialto for $11.4 million.
The 130,599 square-foot structure is on a nine-acre lot at 360 South Lilac Ave.
Westcore plans to spend $1.5 million upgrading the building with new paint, landscaping, warehouse lights, dock doors, pavement and office improvements.
Chase MacLeod of Voit Real Estate Services represented the seller, who was undisclosed.
Westcore represented itself.
“The Inland Empire has one of the most dynamic industrial markets in the country,” said Hack Adams, Westcore senior vice president. “Rialto offers a particularly advantageous location, surrounded by four major thoroughfares, including Interstate 10 and Interstate 15, and access to an immediate labor pool.”
