Solekai Systems Corporation, a software design services and technology integration company has merged with Fairway Technologies, Inc., a provider of expert technology consulting and software development services.
With this merger, both companies have over 80 engineers and an array of skill sets to address the software development needs of a wide-variety of customers, Solekai said in a news release. The companies will also have the agility and financial strength to drive software innovation across multiple vertical markets, according to the announcement.
“Together with Fairway we are able to create a distinctive offering for our enterprise and SMB customers to accelerate growth,” said Solekai CEO Martin Caniff.
Fairway’s expertise also includes next-generation innovations such as mobile and cloud computing, data analytics, AI and machine learning, and open source, the news release said.
Meanwhile, Solekai is a technology leader in the digital media, smart grid, and IOT space, and provides domain expertise in selected vertical markets for digital video, digital wireless, digital medical, and utility information systems.
Both companies, founded in 2002, are headquartered in San Diego and will continue operations under the Fairway and Solekai banners.
