San Diego-based real estate investment firm, Stewards Entrepreneurs Real Estate (SENTRE), has acquired a Portland, Oregon, apartment complex from Kehoe Northwest Properties for $25.5 million.

The 123-unit complex at 1953 NW Overton St., known as The Thornton was built in 2016 and is in Portland’s Northwest District within walking distance of downtown.

CBRE represented the seller.

SENTRE officials said the company would make $1 million in renovations to common areas and apartment interiors.

“We are excited to make our first investment in the dynamic Portland market,” said SENTRE CEO and President Doug Arthur.
