Founding Partner and Chairman, Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty
In 2012, Brian Arrington joined forces with industry leaders Steve Games and Nyda Jones-Church to expand Pacific Sotheby’s across the San Diego market. Since then, the company has tripled its salesforce and opened new offices in Rancho Santa Fe, La Jolla and Del Mar, among others. It is now one of the fastest growing real estate firms in San Diego. Arrington began his real estate financing career in 1991, and in 2006, he opened his first real estate office in La Mesa, followed by offices in Point Loma, Coronado and Mission Hills. Arrington joined Sotheby’s in 2010, looking to offer clients an international reach. In September 2017, Arrington and Managing Partner and CEO Steve Games promoted Jones-Church the company’s president and chief operating officer. Jones-Church will be responsible for the direction and management of office expansion, company operations and technology systems, and along with Arrington and Games, the implementation of the company’s key strategic initiatives with the goal of meeting the evolving needs of both agents and consumers, while moving quickly to stay ahead of the trends shaping the real estate industry. Arrington is involved in philanthropic, business and community organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Diego County.
