Three eight-unit San Diego apartment complexes have been sold for about $5 million.

The complexes at 4272 46th St., 4067 47th St., and 4147 48th St. were sold by Real Asymmetry Fifty Nine, LLC to Steven Fitch.

Dylan Wright and Chris Save at ACRE Real Estate Services represented the buyer and seller.

The three Huffman built buildings were constructed in the early 1970’s and were renovated in 2017.

The 6,052 square-foot Capistrano Villas building at 4272 46th St. has three two-bedroom, two bathroom apartments; two two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments, and three one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment.

The 5,300 square foot Rushmore Apartments building at 4067 47th St. has three two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments and five one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment.

The 5,279 square-foot Twin Palms building at 4147 48th St. has five one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartments and three two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment.
