Real Asymmetry Fifty Nine LLC of San Diego has acquired a portfolio of seven apartment properties, totaling 59 units in the Mid-City area, for a total of $8.65 million, according to brokerage firm ACRE Investment Real Estate Services.
The seller of the portfolio was Pricket Family Trust of Newport Beach. The buildings are at 4149-4163 36th St.; 3859, 3877 and 4272 46th St.; 3859 and 4067 47th St.; and 4147 48th St.
The buyer was represented by ACRE’s Chris Sarver and Dylan Wright, and the seller was represented by Sally Zesut and Jonathan Larson of Avison Young.
According to CoStar Group, most of the buildings were constructed during the 1970s.
