A Solana Beach buyer recorded as J&A 1 LLC has purchased a nine-unit apartment property in San Diego’s Bankers Hill neighborhood for $2.49 million, according to brokerage firm ACRE Investment Real Estate Services.

The seller of the property, at 303 Olive St., was Kathleen R. Kaiser Trust of San Diego. The buyer was represented by ACRE’s Bill Anderson.

Brokers said the property was built in the late 1920s and consists of four individual buildings.
