Shah Family Trust of San Diego has acquired a Scripps Ranch retail property for $11 million, according to brokerage firm CBRE Group Inc.
The seller of Scripps Mesa Retail Center, at 9801-9841 Mira Mesa Blvd., was Wisconsin-based Hendricks Commercial Properties. The buyer and seller were represented by CBRE’s Reg Kobzi, Joel Wilson and Michael Peterson.
The property, built in 1988 near Interstate 15, spans 25,721 square feet and is fully leased to 18 tenants. Brokers said the center was renovated in 2015 at a cost of $1.7 million.
