San Diego-based Cypher Analytics, doing business as Crown Point Systems, is in line to receive as much as $47.5 million in awards over five years for electronic equipment, specifically information communication technology and equipment.
The U.S. Navy announced the award of an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for the electrical gear. The Navy will actually buy equipment when it issues task orders against the contract.
Crown Point Systems could be asked to supply firewalls, intrusion detection systems and sensors, routers, semiconductor chips and switches, encryptors, hard disk drives, multiplexers and transceivers, servers, solid state drives, work stations, racks, cabinets, storage area networks, thin clients, power strips and electrical protection and distribution devices.
Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific in San Diego awarded the deal. There were six bidders; four were selected for awards.
