San Diego-headquartered CityMark Development recently completed and opened Celsius, a new 84-unit apartment building in the East County city of Lemon Grove with an approximate development cost of $20 million.
The development is at 100 Citronica Lane, near the city’s Main Street Promenade. In a company statement, CityMark President Rich Gustafson said the project borrowed elements from the company’s past urban-core developments in locations such as Little Italy, Bankers Hill and downtown San Diego.
With rents starting at $1,575, Celsius includes Wi-Fi in all common areas, electric vehicle charging stations and a state-of-the-art fitness center. There is also a two-story lobby with a lounge, a barbecue area and a sundeck terrace with seating.
