A San Diego buyer recorded as CVOP Associates LLC has acquired a Carmel Mountain Ranch office building for $17 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.

The seller of the 77,559-square-foot property, known as Carmel View Office Plaza at 15373 Innovation Drive, was listed as BRE Calif. Office Owner LLC. The three-story, multi-tenant building was constructed on approximately 4.7 acres in 1985.

Tenants at the time of sale included First Associates Loan Servicing LLC, Applied Data Finance, and the law firm Gates, O’Doherty, Gonter & Guy LLP.
