Mission Valley Retail Center Sells for $14 Million

An affiliate of Los Angeles-based Gershman Properties LLC has purchased a Mission Valley strip retail center for $14 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.

The seller of the 18,175-square-foot property, at 2007-2025 Camino Del Este near Interstate 8, was an affiliate of Los Angeles-based Terra Enterprises Inc.

The property was built on 1.21 acres in 1999. According to brokerage firm CBRE Group Inc., which represented the seller, the center was fully leased at the time of sale, with tenants including Taco Bell, El Pollo Loco, Pick Up Stix, AT&T Wireless and T-Mobile.

The seller was represented by CBRE’s Phil Voorhees, Megan Wood, John Read, James Slusher, Matt Burson, Kirk Brummer, Preston Fetrow and Reg Cobzi. The buyer was represented by David Lachoff of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
