Software firm Seismic is moving into a bigger office in Del Mar Heights after outgrowing its old headquarters in Solana Beach.

The company, which now employs 50 in San Diego and over 200 worldwide, leased 25,000 square feet of space at The Heights campus.

"Looking at our aggressive hiring forecast for the next 12 months, it became apparent that ensuring we remain one of the best places to work in the San Diego area would require additional office space," said Doug Winter, CEO and co-founder at Seismic.

The move to a bigger office follows a $40 million Series C, announced in May, and company-reported growth of triple digits three years in a row.

Seismic, founded in 2010, makes software that generates marketing collateral for sales teams, personalizing it as appropriate. The platform also offers analytics on how well the marketing collateral works
