Mission Viejo-based RSS Associates Inc. has purchased an Escondido industrial service building housing Caliber Collision Center for $2.95 million, according to brokerage firm Lee & Associates and CoStar Group.
The sellers of the 14,322-square-foot auto repair building, at 655 Venture St., were Charles and Pamela Wise of Escondido, according to CoStar and public data.
The buyer was represented by Lee & Associates’ Rusty Williams and Chris Roth. The sellers were represented by Lee’s Garrett Sholer and Trent France.
Brokers said Caliber Collision has nearly seven years remaining on its 10-year lease. The Escondido facility was built in 1988 and underwent a full renovation of approximately $400,000 in 2010.
