An affiliate of San Francisco-based Graymark Capital has purchased a Scripps Ranch office property for approximately $17.8 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.
The seller of the 69,900-square-foot building, at 10277 Scripps Ranch Blvd. in Scripps Ranch Business Park, was GH Scripps Ranch Inc. of San Diego. The building was fully leased at the time of sale by CoreLogic Solutions.
The buyer was represented by Ron Jacobson of Madison Partners, Christopher Pascale of CBRE Group Inc. and Kate Sugars of Blue Vista Capital Management LLC. The seller was represented by Jacobson and Pascale.
CoStar said the building was constructed on 5.4 acres in 1991 and renovated in 2013.
