San Diego-based WSC Investment Partners LLC has purchased a 14-unit Oceanside apartment building for approximately $2.7 million, according to brokerage firm ACRE Investment Real Estate Services.

The seller of the building, at 702 N. Nevada St. near Interstate 5, was Ivywood Lane LLC of Westlake Village, represented by ACRE’s Bill Anderson.

The buyer was represented by Robert Vallera and Matthew Kennedy of Voit Real Estate Services. According to CoStar Group and public data, the two-story property was originally built on 0.23 acres in 1955.
