A Lemon Grove buyer recorded as El Cajon Investments Group LLC has acquired a two-building retail property in El Cajon for $4.55 million, according to CoStar Group and public data.

The seller of Bradley Square, totaling 13,323 square feet at 128 Bradley Ave. and 1558 N. Magnolia Ave., was Sorrento Square LLC of La Jolla.

The Bradley Avenue building was fully leased at the time of sale, and the Magnolia Avenue building was approximately 88 percent leased by several tenants. The retail property was built on approximately 3 acres in 1986.
