San Diego-based Stos Partners has acquired a Carlsbad Village office and retail property for $6 million, according to the buyer and CoStar Group data.
A statement from Stos Partners said the 22,000-square-foot property, at 560 Carlsbad Village Drive and 2975 Roosevelt St., is currently 90 percent leased. Tenants include the restaurant and wine bar Paon and technology company HighJump.
The three-story property was constructed in 2008 and includes retail, office and residential space. Jason Richards, a partner in the private investment firm, said the buyer plans to implement exterior improvements, including new paint and maintenance upgrades.
Stos Partners was represented by Barry Hendler of Cushman & Wakefield. According to CoStar Group, the recorded seller was Richard A. Woolsey, also represented by Hendler.
