San Diego-based Fragmob said on Sept. 17 that it closed a $3.2 million convertible debt funding round.
Fragmob offers mobile software solutions for the direct sales industry. It serves multi-level marketing and party planning concerns including ItWorks, OrganoGold, OmniLife and Purium.
Global Trust Group’s Global Technology Fund contributed $1 million to the round. Also contributing were Fragmob’s two founders, Jade Charles and Jonathan Shapiro.
