Sterling Organization of Palm Beach, Fla., has acquired the Oceanside Town & Country retail center in Oceanside for $15.7 million, according to brokerage company Cushman & Wakefield.

The sellers of the 87,740-square-foot property, at 1770 Oceanside Blvd. near Interstate 5, were New Jersey-based Prudential Real Estate Investors and New York-based Kimco Realty Corp., represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Dixie Walker.

Oceanside Town & Country is anchored by grocer Smart & Final, with other tenants including Starbucks, T-Mobile, West Marine, Avis and The UPS Store.

The purchase was made by the buyer as part of its institutional fund, Sterling Value Add Partners II LP.
